Client and coach are matched based on client preferences and needs; an initial meeting between coach and client assess the “fit”. |

| Intake Session |
Client and coach create the coaching “road map”, which includes goals and success measures. |

| Supervisor Session |
The most successful coaching occurs when the client’s supervisor supports the coaching goals and process, so this meeting is intended to engage the supervisor in the process. |

| Assessment |
Careerstone Group coaches use a variety of assessments including Laser 360, Executive 360, MBTI, FIRO B, DiSC, SDI, a variety of EI/EQ assesmetns and more. After considering the client’s interests and needs as well as the agreed-upon focus for the coaching sessions, the coach selects and administers an assessment(s) to the client; the intention of the assessment is to provide the client with more self-awareness and insights; |
