Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) — A personality type assessment that helps you discover your preferences among 16 different “types”; the instrument sorts for preferences only and does not measure trait, ability, or character; an outcome of taking the MBTI is to better understand and appreciate differences between people; a highly valid and reliable tool use for decades throughout the world; developed by Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter, Isabel Briggs Myers, based on the theories proposed by Carl Gustav Jung. Laser 360 — A simple feedback tool designed to solicit honest and focused feedback from peers, supervisors, stakeholders, and subordinates; the data from the 360 is used to help you gain even greater awareness about your impact.

DiSC — A four quadrant behavioral model based on the work of William Moulton Marston PhD to examine the behavior of individuals in their environment; DiSC focuses on the styles and preferences of such behavior.

Strength Deployment Inventory — A valid and reliable tool for managing conflict and improving relationships; based on the theory of Relationship, which is a learning model for identifying and understanding the motivation behind behavior.

Enneagram — A psychospiritual typology that helps people recognize and understand overall patterns in human behavior and offers a framework for understanding themselves and everyone they interact with.
